Your Booking Deposit of 50% is NON-Refundable. 

Should you cancel your appointment outside the 24 hour cancellation policy, your deposit amount will be held as an account credit for future bookings.

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will either incur loss of deposit or be charged 50% of the appointment cost, that must be paid prior to any future appointments.

Clients that ‘NO-SHOW’ to an Appointment will be charged 100% of treatment amount.

Clients that arrive late to their selected appointment time, will be noted as a No-Show and charged a No-Show fee. This fee is to be paid prior to any future bookings, and will be charged to the card used to make your deposit.
